The Beauty Oscars: BABTAC & CIBTAC Awards 2025

On the 9th of November 2025 we attended the Beauty Oscars aka the BABTAC & CIBTAC Awards 2025, hosted at the stunning Fairmont Windsor.

As a BABTAC judge and CIBTAC examiner, Odessa had the honour of judging and discussing this year's nominees. Let's just say there were some very interesting discussions in the judging rooms! The quality of nominees and the expertise they showcased continues to raise the bar every single year. Every person in that room absolutely deserved to be there.

We had a fabulous time at the awards, catching up with students, trainers, past employers, and meeting new faces. Events like this remind us why we do what we do. The care and passion for beauty, skincare, aesthetics, and holistic was evident throughout the room.

The evening was led by Lesley Blair MBE and hosted by the Caroline Hirons. We celebrated all 27 categories while enjoying incredible food, drinks, and an amazing goodie bag filled with fantastic products from the sponsors.

The next morning, we treated ourselves to the luxurious Fairmont Spa & Wellness (an absolute must if you visit). Stay tuned for our full spa review. As self-confessed spa addicts, Odessa and Winona have visited many spas over the years, and we'll be sharing our favourites with you soon.

Overall, we had a wonderful time at the awards. Odessa is immensely proud to serve as a judge and to witness such talented practitioners taking their moment to shine.
