Flexibility and independence are key pillars for how we teach. Our hybrid learning blends online reinforcement to the theoretical and practical skills learnt onsite. You can train around your schedule without compromising on the quality of your education.

Although we work with award-winning industry leading brands, we remain collaborative in our approach, meaning we won't box you into one product or protocol- that's not how we work.

Instead, we share our knowledge of our previous and current brand partnerships from working in; clinics, salons, spas and working as brand educators.

A Message From The Founder

Odessa Turner

I created Beauty & Theory to bridge the gaps between the beauty, skincare, aesthetics and holistic sectors, through education and real industry practice. To be able to offer regulated qualifications that carry long term career weight mixed with sharing my own knowledge, skills and background as an international examiner, educator and practitioner.

I knew there needed to be a vibrant space where learning felt fresh, fun and supportive. At Beauty & Theory out mission is to off empowering education, create connections that uplift and support the individuals in our industry currently and newcomers so that they build careers they love, as much as I do mine!

Our educators are active industry professionals who bring real world experience into the classroom. We're proud to hold multiple industry roles, combined with full teaching qualifications and hand on industry practice. This means your career benefits from our experiences, skills, techniques and insights.
