Odessa has spent 17+ years shaping higher level beauty and skincare as a Practitioner, Educator for both private and public sectors, BABTAC Judge, CIBTAC International Examiner and most recently gained her role as Higher Level Beauty Associate with VTCT/iTEC.
Odessa has witnessed first-hand how the over saturated market of fast-track training fails professionals and leaves them unprepared for real-world practice, often having to mentor and educate newly qualified individuals to develop a skillset and knowledge that ensure confidence in dealing with customers and creating tailored treatment plans.
With a global perspective from examining schools worldwide, clinical and holistic practice background, and a Higher Level mindset (First Class BA Hons), Odessa designs hybrid learning spaces where education feels aspirational, not transactional.
By creating &The Collective Finishing School, she is on a mission to restore confidence and enthusiasm to professionals who feel unprepared after being certified. By refining their skills and strengthening their foundational knowledge, learners leave ready to step into &The Advanced Training which offers Ofqual regulated, higher-level qualifications ensuring eery graduate leaves with assurance, credibility, and confidence.

Winona began her journey in beauty seven years ago and has built a distinguished dual career as both an NHS Band 7 Sonographer and progressive skin practitioner.
