Why BEAUTY & THEORY Was Created
Beauty & Theory was born out of a simple truth: the industry doesn’t lack courses, it lacks depth.
For too long, fast-track training has produced certificates without confidence, leaving professionals unsure of their skills and hesitant to practise.
I created BEAUTY & THEORY to change that. To design a space where learning feels aspirational, not transactional. Where guided learning hours give qualifications their weight back, and where professionals can refine, rebuild, and rise with confidence.
Our Solutions
&The Collective — The Refinement School
A programme designed for professionals who feel unprepared or unconfident after fast-track training, or time out from the industry. Through workshops, mentorship, and guided support, we are launching in 2026 a programme to restore confidence and skill so that higher-level learning can truly take place.
Beginner & Advanced Training with Regulated Qualifications
Our Ofqual-regulated, globally recognised CIBTAC and VTCT/iTEC qualifications (Levels 2–5) give professionals the credibility and depth they need to progress. Whether it’s advanced skincare, aesthetics, holistics, or teaching and assessing, we ensure every member of BEAUTY & THEORY that qualifies leaves with both knowledge and assurance in practice.

At BEAUTY & THEORY, my mission is to do more than deliver training, it’s to transform the culture of education within our industry.
I am here to bridge the long-standing gap between beauty, aesthetics, skincare, and holistic practice, and to champion an approach where collaboration replaces competition, and confidence replaces confusion.
I believe qualifications should carry real credibility. That every professional deserves an education that is individual, meaningful, and grounded in true understanding, from treatment protocols and science-backed formulations to client wellbeing and ethical practice.
I am not here for fast-track certificates, generic one-day courses, or 90% online programmes that produce practitioners without experience.
I am here to raise the standard.
