With over 16 years of experience in the beauty industry, Odessa is a CIDESCO graduate with Level 5 expertise and a wealth of knowledge across the four key sectors of the industry. As a respected aesthetic-skincare professional, educator, and international examiner, she has dedicated her career to raising industry standards.
Odessa's expertise extends to private institutions, working with a globally recognised skincare brand, the delivery of qualifications for a prestigious college, and overseeing examinations for an international awarding body. She has also played a pivotal role as a judge for the 2023 and 2024 BABTAC awards, continuing to shape industry practices with her extensive insights.
In 2022, Odessa completed a First Class Honours degree in Interior Design, honing her skills in spatial analysis, branding, and designing functional, stylish spaces for salons, clinics, spas, and educational facilities. During this time, she developed the visual identity of Beauty and Theory, all while maintaining her roles as an examiner and clinical lead educator. This unique blend of industry and design expertise propelled her to identify key gaps in the sectors and develop solutions to bridge them.
